  This study investigates the immune response in extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB) using a combination of bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing. Hierarchical clustering of patient transcriptomes identified three distinct levels of disease severity, uncovering immunological pathways involved in disease progression, including interferon and IL-1β-mediated signaling.   A whole-genome/exome sequencing (WGS/WES) characterization of the spatial heterogeneity found in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) at diagnosis.   EXCEED is a longitudinal population-based cohort which facilitates investigation of genetic, environmental and lifestyle-related determinants of a broad range of diseases and of multiple morbidity through data collected at baseline and via electronic healthcare record linkage.
