  Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST)-like melanoma is a rare malignancy with overlapping characteristics of both neural sarcoma and melanoma. This study provides the results of whole exome and transcriptome sequencing analysis of 8 samples from 6 patients with confirmed diagnosis of MPNST-like melanoma.
