  The Janus Serum Bank (JSB) is a population-based cancer research biobank. This dataset contains small RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data of 520 JSB samples from cancer-free individuals. Analyzing of primary colorectal cancer and normal mucosa samples show a comprehensive cellular landscape of colon cancer, which is a valuable resource for the development of therapeutic strategies.
