  Nuclei were extracted from postmortem human brain, and cDNA libraries were generated using the 10X Genomics 3' v3.1 kit.   Single-cell whole transcriptome sequencing data for 5 xenografted bone marrow samples (4 cases with clonal haematopoiesis and 1 without clonal haematopoiesis). For each sample, mice were treated with two doses of PBS or hTNFa. CD34+ HSPCs and CD34-CD33+ myeloid cells were isolated from xenografted mice, sorted into plates, and TARGET-seq+ was performed to generate plate-based 3' transcriptome data. Additionally, cells from a control primary bone marrow sample (NOC153) were included on each plate. Each library consist of 192 cells sorted into a single plate.
