Longitudinal bulk B- and T-cell receptor repertoire sequencing from the DNG2002 dengue virus 3 human challenge study
Longitudinal bulk B- and T-cell receptor repertoire sequencing data generated from participants enrolled in the DNG2002 dengue virus 3 human challenge study. The dataset comprises UMI-based AIRR-seq libraries generated from longitudinal whole-blood samples collected before and after controlled DENV-3 infection. It includes raw sequencing reads and processed immune-repertoire data for immunoglobulin heavy-chain and T-cell receptor libraries. The data support analyses of repertoire composition, clonal dynamics, molecular complexity, sequencing depth, and host adaptive immune responses over the course of infection. The dataset is intended to support both methodological studies of AIRR-seq and biological analyses of the longitudinal immune response to controlled DENV-3 infection.
