  This dataset contains paired-end RNA sequencing data from human T cells treated with ML226, a selective ABHD11 inhibitor, and matched vehicle controls.   The NeoPAL trial compared neoadjuvant letrozole-palbociclib (LP) with chemotherapy (CT) in 103 patients with high-risk early luminal breast cancer.
