  We used RNA sequencing of 81 cervical cancer specimens to developed an immune-based gene expression signature to predict distant metastasis in cervical cancer patients treated with RT/cisplatin. Our 55-gene risk score, validated across independent cohorts, was strongly linked to higher rates of metastasis and lower survival.
