  Methylome of resting/hi and autoproliferating/Dim memory B cells in Multiple sclerosis patients. In brief, non-proliferating (CFSEhi) and AP+ (CFSEdim) CD19+ CD27+ B cells from PBMCs of 6 natalizumab-treated female RRMS (NAT) patients were sorted following 7 days of autoproliferation. Methylome libraries for 12 samples were constructed by applying the post-bisulfite adaptor tagging (PBAT) method on lysed cells and sequencing was conducted on Illumina NovaSeq 6000. • Single-Cell Multi-Omic Analysis of the Vestibular Schwannoma Ecosystem Uncovers a Nerve Injury-Like State

  Vestibular schwannomas are benign tumors that can lead to significant morbidity, including hearing loss, facial nerve paralysis and obstructive hydrocephalus. The genomic landscape of vestibular schwannomas is relatively bland and the molecular pathophysiology of vestibular schwannomas is poorly understood. Therefore, we performed single cell RNA sequencing on 15 sporadic vestibular schwannomas, with paired single cell ATAC sequencing (n = 6) and whole exome sequencing (n = 12) to perform a detailed characterization of the vestibular schwannoma tumor microenvironment at the transcriptional and epigenetic level. We validated our results by analyzing bulk RNA sequencing data from 22 newly sequenced vestibular schwannomas and 173 previously sequenced bulk RNA sequencing data from 195 vestibular schwannomas. Data available in dbGaP include whole exome sequencing of 12 tumors and matched blood samples. Matching single cell RNA sequencing and single cell ATAC sequencing data is available via NCBI GEO.

  EORTC-SPECTA RP1759 study focuses on cancers in adolescent and young adult (AYA), age 12 to 29 years. This study explicitly recruited AYA patients and therefore collected empirical data to bridge the molecular gap between pediatric and adult oncology. The initial pilot study, activated in February 2019 across Europe, aimed to recruit 100 AYA patients (aged 12-29 years) with newly diagnosed or relapsed high-grade gliomas and high-grade bone and soft tissue sarcomas. The primary objective of the pilot is to determine feasibility and recruitment rates. Here we submit the data from patients with newly diagnosed, recurrent intermediate or high-grade sarcoma that were collected and analyzed during the study. More specifically, we submit raw FASTQ files obtained from whole exome sequencing (WES) of matching tumor and blood samples, tumor RNA sequencing and DNA methylation profiling.
