  This dataset comprises RNA-sequencing data from ten colorectal cancer (CRC) organoids, derived from histologically verified primary tumor tissues of patients undergoing surgical resection. Paired-end sequencing produced 20 FASTQ.gz files. The organoids were cultured in Geltrex-based droplets using PDO culture medium and harvested for RNA extraction.
