  We performed Whole-Genome Sequencing (WGS) on 100 tumor and matched germline samples from 49 CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-19)-treated diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients. We found that the presence of complex structural variants, APOBEC (apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme, catalytic polypeptide) mutational signatures, and genomic damage from reactive oxygen species predict CAR-19 resistance.   This dataset includes snRNA-seq generated from post-mortem brain and genotype from 60 individuals.   Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) cases comprised adult patients with histologically proven RCC were collected through two sources within the UK. First, 856 cases from SORCE, a MRC collection of surgically treated RCC cases ascertained through UK clinical oncology centres. Second, 189 RCC cases collected through the ICR and Royal Marsden NHS Hospitals Trust. Cases included 590 clear cell carcinomas (CCCs), 42 papillary carcinomas (PCs), 33 chromophobe carcinomas (CCs) and 19 mixed or other histological subtypes. DNA was extracted from EDTA-venous blood samples using the conventional methods and quantified using PicoGreen (Invitrogen). Cases were genotyped using the Human OmniExpress-12 BeadChip according to the manufacturer's recommendations (Illumina Inc, San Diego, CA, USA). After strict QC, 944 cases were retained. Data provided in plink format. Controls used were data from the Wellcome Trust Case Control Consortium 2 (WTCCC2) 1958 birth cohort and the UK Blood Service Control Group (available as EGAS00000000028).

  In this study, we describe a patient diagnosed with metastatic sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma that showed a remarkable tumor response to Nivolumab, an immune checkpoint inhibitor, followed by an oligoprogression. Molecular analysis of the primary tumor in addition to a bone and brain metastasis was performed and we were able to identify driver genetic alterations indicating a possible role in the tumorigenesis process besides some alterations that may be associated with metastasis.

  We use whole-genome sequencing of monozygotic (and dizygotic) twins to detect somatic mutations to infer the cellular history of the twinning event. We recruited monozygotic twins with varying degrees of fetal membranes to compare the twinning events between theses subsets. We used blood, buccal epithelial cell, placenta, and umbilical cord to trace the embryonic somatic mutations. Using the somatic mutations from various tissues we infer the approximate timing of twinning in each monozygotic twin subtypes.

  The present retrospective study aimed to explore the genetic landscape of a well-characterized series of 34 HCV-associated B-cell lymphomas from the observational multicentric ANRS HC-13 Lympho-C Study using tumor and matched germline whole exome sequencing (WES). It reported the first series of VHC-positive lymphoma patients analyzed by WES. Our results provide an overview of the genetic landscape associated to HCV-related B-cell lymphomas and highlight some novel putative candidate genes.
