• Predicting resistance to chemotherapy using chromosomal instability signatures

  The aim of this study is to assess whether three chromosomal instability signature biomarkers are capable of predicting resistance to standard chemotherapies, namely platins, taxanes and anthracyclines. As part of this study we compiled a proof of principle cohort of ovarian cancers treated with these therapies, profiled using the Illumina TSO500 panel. Analysis of these data demonstrated that accurate biomarker calling can be computed from these gene panel data.

  This study analyzes T-cell transcriptional state in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and healthy donors. The goal of the study is to correlate T-cell transcriptional states abundances with response to chemotherapy. 12 samples (5 baseline and post-treatment, 2 baseline-only) from AML patients and 3 samples from healthy donors were collected and sequenced on Illumina platforms.   The goal of the project is to study tumor - normal DNA pairs from the PitNET patients. Total of 15 PitNET patients were recruited for the study to investigate sometic changes in the tumor compared to normal tissue. Illumina technology were used for sequencing and two data analysis pipelines employed for data analysis. Recurrent somatic variations were investigated and genomic disruption analysis from exome sequencing data attempted.

  The present retrospective study aimed to explore the genetic landscape of a well-characterized series of 34 HCV-associated B-cell lymphomas from the observational multicentric ANRS HC-13 Lympho-C Study using tumor and matched germline whole exome sequencing (WES). It reported the first series of VHC-positive lymphoma patients analyzed by WES. Our results provide an overview of the genetic landscape associated to HCV-related B-cell lymphomas and highlight some novel putative candidate genes.
