• A Combined Omics and Tissue Biobank for Paediatric Cancers

The Swedish Childhood Tumour Biobank (BTB) is a nonprofit national infrastructure for samples and genomic data collection from pediatric patients diagnosed with central nervous system and other solid tumours in Sweden. Fresh frozen tumour tissue and patient’s matched blood are collected from affected patients and genomic data is continuously generated and made available for approved medical research projects. We expect that the accessibility of biological samples and/or data to the research community will contribute to further advances in the understanding of tumour biology, which in turn will impact many aspects of clinical care of children with cancer, by refining diagnosis and/or identifying oncogenic drivers and therapeutic targets.

• Aberrant expression of SLAMF6 constitutes a targetable immune escape mechanism in acute myeloid leukemia

In this study, we demonstrate that aberrant expression of SLAMF6 on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells serves as a novel immune escape mechanism that can be inhibited by antibodies against the SLAMF6 dimerization site. This constitutes a novel mechanism of checkpoint inhibition, which paves the way for immunotherapy in AML and other SLAMF6-expressing cancers. This study utilizes single cell sequencing data from the AML cell line HNT-34 co-cultured with normal T cells, with and without antibody targeting SLAMF6, as well as single cell data of 38 primary AML samples.

• Predictors of Immune Checkpoint Blockade Response in dMMR Colorectal Cancer Using an Integrated Immune-Enhanced Multi-Omics Platform

To identify candidate tumor- and immune-related biomarkers associated with clinical outcomes following anti–PD-1 therapy in dMMR colorectal cancer, we conducted a comprehensive genomic profiling using ImmunoID NeXT platform, including whole exome, whole transcriptome and TCR/BCR sequencing.

• Whole-exome sequencing of paired tumor and germline samples from Mexican patients with testicular germ cell tumors

This dataset contains raw whole-exome sequencing (WES) data from 79 samples derived from 40 Mexican patients diagnosed with testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) treated at the National Cancer Institute of Mexico (INCan). The dataset includes 40 peripheral blood samples representing germline DNA and 38 tumor tissue samples. Sequencing libraries were prepared using the NimbleGen SeqCap EZ Exome V3 capture kit and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform, generating 100 bp paired-end reads. Tumor samples were sequenced at an average coverage of ~100×, and germline samples at ~60×. Raw sequencing data are provided as paired-end FASTQ files (compressed and encrypted).

• Prospective Lynch Syndrome Database entries

These data have been used to produce cancer incidence results for https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37181409/ , https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40231433/ and https://plsd.eu as available in March 2026. The tables contain demographic information at individual level, individual cancer events with given age, as well as prophylactic and therapeutic surgeries to remove organs. The data have been de-identified to ensure anonymity.

• Raw FASTQ files from TSO500 hybrid capture sequencing of prostate cancer tissue and plasma.

This dataset contains raw genomic sequencing data in FASTQ format for a total of 49 libraries. It includes 22 samples derived from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue and 27 samples from plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA). All samples were processed using the Illumina TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) hybrid capture panel to identify relevant genomic alterations. These files represent the primary, non-aligned data used for the comparative performance analysis described in the associated study.

• RNA sequencing of untreated and treated KRAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer PDX-derived organoids.

RNA sequencing was performed on patient-derived xenograft (PDX)-derived organoid models of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The aim of this study was to characterize the transcriptional landscape of KRAS-mutant mCRC cells in response to therapeutic strategies targeting the EGFR and KRAS signaling pathways. Transcriptomic profiling was conducted following drug treatments to investigate molecular changes associated with single and combination therapies. A total of 24 samples were analyzed.
