Sequencing libraries were prepared following established protocols and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq X system. The resulting dataset includes paired-end FASTQ files for each participant, enabling high-sensitivity detection of somatic variants down to low variant allele frequencies. This study provides a comprehensive sequencing resource for evaluating clonal hematopoiesis in AAA patients.
