  The dataset includes multi-region exome sequencing (MSeq) of four resected treatment naïve mismatch repair deficient gastro-esophageal cancers.   Genomic DNA from leukemic and remission bone marrow mononuclear cells was isolated with the QIAamp DNA Blood Extraction Kit (Qiagen, Venlo, The Netherlands).
