  Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTCL) is an aggressive Epstein-Barr virus-associated T/NK neoplasm that predominantly affects Asians.   The project aims to look at mutational signatures in a rare inherited skin tumour syndrome called CYLD cutaneous syndrome. Very few studies have evaluated the impact of a prospective documentation of metastatic subtyping. The genomic landscape of metastatic breast cancer has mostly been described in very advanced, pretreated disease, limiting its transferability to clinical use.
