  Genetic factors may contribute to explain the variable clinical response to SARS-CoV-2 infection. To this end we sequenced the DNA of 392 COVID-19 patients from Spain. Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) was performed at two different sequencing centers.   Cluster headache is a relatively rare headache disorder, typically characterized by multiple daily, short-lasting attacks of excruciating, unilateral (peri-)orbital or temporal pain associated with autonomic symptoms and restlessness.
