  This dataset contains the results of sequencing 9 samples (7 human/PDX, 2 cell lines) of medulloblastoma tumours (or 2 Neural Stem Cell lines). The data was collected to characterize the intratumour heterogeneity of chromothripsis in this tumour type. The 7 tumour samples underwent single cell DNA and RNA sequencing using the 10x CNVkit and 10xRNA protocols, and 1 of the tumour samples as well as the Neural Stem Cell lines underwent StrandSeq sequencing.   This dataset consists of bulk RNA sequencing profiles generated from monocytes isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) collected from 315 patients enrolled in the ImmunAID consortium. Each sample corresponds to a unique patient, providing a resource to investigate transcriptional variation in circulating monocytes across the cohort. PBMCs were isolated from whole blood, and monocytes were subsequently enriched using standard immunological protocols.   In this study we characterized genomic alterations in two to five metachronous tumors from 29 patients initially diagnosed with early stage disease. Fourteen patients (32 tumors) had non progressive disease (NPD) and 15 patients (34 tumors) had progressive disease (PD). Whole exome sequencing (WES, ~50x mean read depth), Ultra deep targeted sequencing (~6,809x mean read depth) and whole transcriptome RNA-seq was performed for all samples. • Profiling of childhood neuroblastoma and the immune microenvironment by single-cell sequencing of RNA and TCR

  Neuroblastoma tumor cells and their tumor microenvironment are studied by single-cell RNA sequencing of primary neuroblastoma tumors and neuroblastoma-infiltrated tissues/metastases. Both diagnostic samples, taken pre-treatment and samples taken after induction chemotherapy at surgical resection and biopsies from relapse samples are included.  For a number of patients single-cell RNA sequencing of blood samples (controls) are included and additionally we performed single-cell T cell receptor sequencing (TCR) on the tumor and blood samples. With this study, we will focus on identifying differences in tumor cells and their (immune) microenvironment 1) before and after treatment or at relapse and 2) between primary tumors and infiltrated tissues/metastases. Moreover, with TCR sequencing we aim to unveil immune cell dynamics in patients with neuroblastoma.
