We experienced a patient with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) who underwent haploidentical HCT from his daughter and developed relapse. To understand the mechanisms on relapse after HCT, we analyze blood samples at HCT and at relapse.

  For refinement of the single base substitution and indel profiles induced by genotoxic platinum and ionizing radiation, DHL4 cells were treated with cisplatin or radiotherapy.
