The underlying muscle and stroma will be removed and the remaining epithelia dissected into small sequential areas which will be sent for ultra-deep exome sequencing using a panel of known cancer and viral genes.   Whole genome sequencing detected structural rearrangements of TERT in 17/75 high stage neuroblastoma with 5 cases resulting from chromothripsis.
