• Deep RNA sequencing in CLL

  Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a B-cell neoplasm with a heterogeneous clinical and biological behavior. We have performed deep RNA sequencing in different subpopulations of B-lymphocytes from healthy individuals and CLL cells from a cohort of 98 patients, and characterized the CLL transcriptional landscape with unprecedented resolution. The transcriptomic architecture of CLL uncovered here refines the biological characterization of the disease and opens new perspectives for the clinical management of patients.

  Cerebellar vasospasm is a severe complication of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) occurring for 30% of aSAH patients. To date, no biomarker of vasospasm occurrence exists and thus all aSAH patients undergo a preventive and dangerous treatment. In this study, we explored the miRNome of aSAH patients to detect potential expression differences between the patients developing a vasospasm (VSP+) or not (VSP-).   Genomic libraries will be generated from total genomic DNA derived from 4000 samples with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
