• Population Architecture using Genomics and Epidemiology (PAGE): Causal Variants Across the Life Course (CALiCo): Strong Heart Study (SHS) and Strong Heart Family Study (SHFS)

  The SHS is a study of cardiovascular disease and its risk factors among American Indian men and women. Using standardized methodology, it was designed to estimate cardiovascular disease mortality and morbidity and the prevalence of known and suspected cardiovascular disease risk factors and to assess the significance of these risk factors in a longitudinal analysis. The study included 13 American Indian tribes and communities in three geographic areas: an area near Phoenix, Arizona, the southwestern area of Oklahoma, and western and central North and South Dakota. The SHS included three components: The first was a survey to determine cardiovascular disease mortality rates from 1984 to 1994 among tribal members aged 35-74 years of age residing in the 3 study areas (the community mortality study). The second was the clinical examination of 4,500 tribal members aged 45-74. The SHS has completed three clinical examinations of the original Cohort (Phase I: 1989-1991; Phase II: 1993-1995; Phase III: 1998- 1999, respectively). The third component is the morbidity and mortality (M&M) surveillance of these 4,500 participants. Yearly SHS surveillance has only 0.2% loss to follow-up. All deaths and all nonfatal CVD events are classified by standardized criteria, including details of stroke and HF. The Strong Heart Family Study (SHFS) is a genetic epidemiological study designed to investigate the heritability of CVD and its risk factors and to localize genes that contribute to CVD risk in American Indians. SHFS participants include 3,838 family members that were >/=15 years old, and ascertained through sibships of the original SHS, from 94 extended (large, multigenerational) families. Exams have occurred in a pilot Phase III (1998-1999, 900 SHFS participants), in Phase IV (2001-2003), and Phase V (2006-2009). SHFS morbidity and mortality surveillance has occurred throughout the study phases, with 0.3% lost to follow-up. Genetic data includes complete pedigree information, DNA samples from all family members, a 10cM-spaced microsatellite map used for IBD estimation and to perform linkage analysis, genotypes for more than 12,000 SNPs in candidate regions, and genotypes from commercially available SNP assays.

• Women's Environmental Cancer and Radiation Epidemiology (WECARE) Study

  Study population The WECARE Study is an international multicenter population-based case-control study of cases with asynchronous contralateral breast cancer (CBC) and individually matched controls with unilateral breast cancer (UBC). Recruitment and data collection for the WECARE Study were conducted in two phases, herein referred to as WECARE I (2001–2004) and WECARE II (2009–2012). The study design of the first phase (WECARE I) has been described in detail elsewhere [Bernstein JL, et al 2004, PMID: 15084244]; the second phase (WECARE II) employed a nearly identical approach [Langballe R, et al 2016, PMID: 27400983]. Participants in each phase were identified through eight population-based cancer registries, including six in the United States that contribute to the National Cancer Institute's Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) program: Los Angeles County Cancer Surveillance Program; Cancer Surveillance System of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Seattle region, WA); State Health Registry of Iowa; Cancer Surveillance Program of Orange County/San Diego-Imperial Organization for Cancer Control (Orange County/San Diego, CA); the Greater Bay Area Cancer Registry (San Francisco Bay Area region and Santa Clara region, CA); and the Sacramento and Sierra Center Registry (Sacramento region, CA). Risk factor status was assessed during the period prior to first diagnosis, as well as between first diagnosis and reference date (i.e., the at-risk period for CBC). Detailed data on treatment and tumor characteristics were obtained directly from cancer registry records or by abstracting medical records, including pathology and surgical reports, radiation oncology clinic notes, and systemic adjuvant treatment data. Complete medical treatment history information was collected, and for all women who received radiotherapy, the radiation dose to the contralateral breast was reconstructed using radiotherapy records and radiation measurements.   We conducted methylation profiling of breast tumor DNA from Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) samples for 1,550 cases from a cohort of Black women from the Black Women’s Health Study (BWHS), the Women’s Circle of Health Study (WCHS), and from the Pathways Study using the Illumina MethylationEPIC array. We will examine differentially methylated loci (DML) between ER+ and ER- tumors, and by age at onset of breast cancer. Combining these data with previously analyzed samples (n=385), we will consider associations between reproductive risk factors and top DML by age at diagnosis and ER status, examining the complex relationships between methylation, tumor and patient characteristics, and reproductive risk factors using structural equation modeling.

We have selected a large cohort of individuals (ethnically Chinese men with a median age of 54 years, IQR 49-57) who were part of a screening of a large-scale clinical study to screen for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Differences in fragmentomic features provided insights into the modulation of cfDNA levels in blood circulation.   We conducted a prospective, observational cohort study of adults (RESERVE-U-2-TOR) admitted to Tororo General Hospital in eastern Uganda with severe, undifferentiated infection (i.e., suspected sepsis). • SNPs and Extent of Atherosclerosis (SEA) Study

  The SEA study is a genome-wide association study to identify genetic variants associated with premature atherosclerosis in subjects included in the Pathobiological Determinants of Atherosclerosis in Youth (PDAY) repository - a unique NHLBI resource including data, DNA and arterial specimens from over 3000 multi-ethnic subjects 15-34 years of age who died of non-atherosclerotic causes (mostly trauma). All PDAY subjects had post-mortem quantitative assessment of raised atherosclerotic lesions in their aorta and coronary arteries - making this the largest and most carefully phenotyped cohort for premature atherosclerosis in the world. The goal of the current project was to use the quantitative measure of raised atherosclerotic lesions in the PDAY cohort as the target phenotype for a genome-wide association study and to use quantitative measures of subclinical atherosclerosis (coronary calcium and carotid IMT) in the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA) to confirm or refute candidate loci identified from the PDAY analysis. Identifying genetic factors that predispose individuals to premature atherosclerosis could lead to more effective screening and early treatment of high risk individuals and suggest novel molecular targets for treatment and prevention interventions.

  Cohort Description The Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA) is a study of the characteristics of subclinical cardiovascular disease (CVD) and the risk factors that predict progression to clinically overt CVD or progression of the subclinical disease. MESA researchers study a diverse, population-based sample of 6,814 asymptomatic men and women aged 45-84. Participants were recruited from six field centers across the United States: Wake Forest University, Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, University of Minnesota, Northwestern University and University of California - Los Angeles. Participants of this study are limited to MESA Classic participants. MESA Family and MESA Air Pollution cohorts are excluded from C4R. Data Being Submitted Wave 1 questionnaire data includes 397 variables for up to 3119 MESA participants in C4R.   The Chronic Renal Insufficiency Cohort (CRIC study) was established in 2001 by the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) to improve the understanding of the relationship between chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease. The goals of the CRIC Study are to examine risk factors for progression of chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease among patients with chronic kidney disease and to develop predictive models to identify high-risk subgroups, informing future treatment trials and increasing application of available preventive therapies. • Mind Body Study: A Sub-Study on Psychosocial Factors and Microbiomes of Nurses in the Nurse's Health Study II

  The Mind-Body Study is a sub-study of the Nurses' Health Study II (NHSII) which investigated associations between biomarkers and psychosocial factors. The prevalences of clinically meaningful depressive symptoms, mild-to-severe anxiety symptoms, experiencing major-life discrimination, and food addiction were 19%, 21%, 30%, and 5% respectively. These participants were more likely to have experienced childhood abuse and take psychotropic medications but less likely to have chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension than participants in the larger NHSII cohort. Participants (n = 213, mean age = 60.6) provided one or two separate stool samples for microbiome profiling between 2013 and 2014, and completed two online psychosocial assessments 10 months apart. The participants also completed two 30-day FFQs around the two microbiome collections. There was excellent reproducibility of psychosocial factors over 1 year. Moderate-to-strong positive correlations were observed between markers of distress and between positive psychosocial factors such as mindfulness and optimism. Here, the subjects' metadata including phenotypic and diet covariates have been provided.   This study utilized the well characterized collection of North American Caucasians with Parkinson's disease, and neurologically normal controls from the sample population which are banked in the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS Repository) collection. Two sub-studies are included, in sub-study NINDS-Genome-Wide Genotyping in Parkinson's Disease, genome-wide, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping of these publicly available samples was originally done in 267 Parkinson's disease patients and 270 controls, and this has been extended to include genome wide genotyping in 939 Parkinson's disease cases and 802 controls; in sub-study NINDS-Exome Sequencing in Parkinson's Disease, genome wide exome DNA sequencing was done in 618 Parkinson's disease samples deposited in Coriell NINDS repository. The DNA comes from a mixture of blood, and from cell lines (lymphoblast cell lines) derived from blood. The GWAS data and exome sequencing data was generated and provided by the laboratory of Neurogenetics lead by Dr. Andrew Singleton, NIA, and Dr. John Hardy, a former chief at NIA, NIH. DACHS, Darmkrebs: Chancen der Verhütung durch Screening:This German study was initiated as a large population-based case-control study in 2003 in the Rhine-Neckar-Odenwald region (southwest region of Germany) to assess the potential of endoscopic screening for reduction of colorectal cancer risk and to investigate etiologic determinants of disease, particularly lifestyle/environmental factors and genetic factors. During an in-person interview, data were collected on demographics, medical history, family history of CRC, and various life-style factors, as were blood and mouthwash samples. EPIC, European Prospective Investigation into Cancer: EPIC is an on-going multicenter prospective cohort study designed to investigate the associations between diet, lifestyle, genetic and environmental factors and various types of cancer. HPFS, Health Professionals Follow-up Study: HPFS is a parallel prospective study to the NHS. The HPFS cohort comprised 51,529 men aged 40-75 who, in 1986, responded to a mailed questionnaire. Participants provided information on health related exposures, including current and past smoking history, age, weight, height, diet, physical activity, aspirin use, and family history of colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer and other outcomes were reported by participants or next-of-kin and were followed up through review of the medical and pathology record by physicians. Overall, more than 97% of self-reported colorectal cancers were confirmed by medical record review. Information was abstracted on histology and primary location. Follow-up evaluation has been excellent, with 94% of the men responding to date. NHS, Nurses' Health Study: The NHS cohort began in 1976 when 121,700 married female registered nurses age 30-55 years returned the initial questionnaire that ascertained a variety of important health-related exposures [PMID:248266]. Since 1976, follow-up questionnaires have been mailed every 2 years. Colorectal cancer and other outcomes were reported by participants or next-of-kin and followed up through review of the medical and pathology record by physicians. • A Case-Controlled Study for Genotype-Phenotype Associations in Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

  This is a multi-centre, case-controlled study to develop a dataset containing 1000 MS cases and 1000 matched controls and to associate DNA sequence (allelic) variations with MS phenotypes. Study subjects were enrolled through a prospective effort initiated in 2003. Three MS clinical centres were involved in subject recruitment and biological specimen collection using identical inclusion/exclusion criteria, two in Europe (Vrije Universiteit Medical Center, Amsterdam; and University Hospital Basel) and one in the US (University of California San Francisco). This study recruited subjects of northern-European ancestry with a diagnosis of MS (McDonald et al., 2001), with dissemination in time and space. Patients with Clinically Isolated Syndromes (CIS) were also included if they fulfilled 3 of the 4 Barkhof criteria for dissemination in space as per application of the McDonald criteria (McDonald et al., 2001). While recruitment predominantly included subjects with a relapsing onset of MS, individuals with all clinical subtypes of the disease participated, including clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), relapsing remitting MS (RRMS), secondary progressive MS (SPMS), primary progressive MS (PPMS), and progressive relapsing MS (PRMS). The control group consisted of unrelated individuals, primarily spouses/partners, friends, and other volunteers. Control subjects were of northern-European ancestry and matched as a group, proportionally with cases according to age (±5 years) and gender. A familial history or current diagnosis of MS as well as a relation to another case or control subject were considered exclusionary for this group. Protocols were approved by the Committees on Human Research at all Institutions and informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to participation in the study. Primary Study Objective:To identify DNA sequence variations (genotype) and flanking sequences that are associated with clinical factors (phenotype) which differ between study subjects with and without MS. Secondary Study Objectives: To develop a clinical dataset including quantitative measures of 1000 well-characterized cases with MS, and 1000 ethnically matched controls. To identify other genotype-phenotype associations in MS study subjects such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) measures of disease burden and/or severity. • Multicenter International Lymphangioleiomyomatosis Efficacy of Sirolimus Trial (The MILES Trial)

  Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is an uncommon, progressive, cystic lung disease that predominantly affects young women. It is believed to be caused by defects within cellular pathways that regulate nutrient uptake, cell size, cell migration, and cell proliferation. The disease is caused by mutations in tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) genes. Individuals with Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) often experience pneumothorax and chylothorax, as well progressive loss of lung function. Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is frequently fatal and existing therapies for the disease have not proven effective. Lung transplantation can be considered as a last option, but alternative treatments are needed. Sirolimus is an immunosuppressive drug that is often used in people who have had kidney transplants. It directly affects the genetic pathway that causes Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM). This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of sirolimus in stabilizing or improving lung function in people with Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM). Individuals interested in participating in this 2-year, double-blind study will first report to the study sites for pulmonary function testing to determine their eligibility for participation. Participants deemed eligible will be randomly assigned to receive either sirolimus or placebo for 1 year. Sirolimus or placebo will be administered in 2 tablet doses (2 mg for sirolimus) for the duration of the study. Study visits will occur at baseline, Week 3, every 3 months for 12 months, and Months 18 and 24. Study visits will include a physical exam, questionnaires, a pregnancy test, blood and urine collection, and functional lung tests. A 6-minute walk test will occur at most study visits; a chest x-ray will be taken at baseline and Month 24; and a volumetric computed tomography scan will occur at baseline Month 12, and Month 24. Adverse events, medication side effects, and lung function will be assessed at each visit.

  This dataset contains raw sequencing data from multi-timepoint cell-free methylated DNA immunoprecipitation and sequencing (cfMeDIP-seq) of plasma samples from the INSPIRE study (NCT02644369). All patients in the study were diagnosed with advanced cancer and received treatment with pembrolizumab. Plasma samples were collected at baseline and every 3 cycles until disease progression, death, loss of follow-up, or completion of the study. Plasma samples were first processed for cell-free DNA mutations and remaining samples were then processed by cfMeDIP-seq, prioritizing baseline and post-cycle 3 samples.   The TEENAGE study is a cross-sectional study comprising healthy Greek adolescents. The regions across Attica from which students were recruited were physically similar and all urban in nature. Sampling of regions and schools selected to participate was random. Students were enrolled from the wider urban region to ensure that they were coming from families with varying educational background and socio-economic status. Moreover, in order to exclude any vast economic disparities, all participating schools were exclusively public schools, which are free of charge. A total of twenty-four schools participated in the study out of 285 junior secondary public schools in Attica. Anthropometric, medical and dietary information was obtained. DNA samples were genotyped using Illumina HumanCoreExome BeadChips (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Hinxton, UK. Genotypes were called using GenCall (Illumina Genome Studio) followed by zCall and quality control (QC) was performed in two stages (pre- and post-zCall).

• The African American Breast Cancer Epidemiology and Risk (AMBER) Consortium Study

  The AMBER Consortium Study was formed to pool interview data, questionnaire data, and biological samples from epidemiological studies of breast cancer in African-American women to discover the potential causes of early-onset and aggressive breast cancer in African-American women. AMBER is funded through a Program Project grant from the National Cancer Institute. Genetic data submitted to dbGaP come from participants in the Carolina Breast Cancer Study, Women's Circle of Health Study, and Black Women's Health Study. The P01 consists of four scientific projects; the aims include follow-up on previous GWAS findings for breast cancer susceptibility in AA women as well as investigation of SNPs in candidate genes in biologically plausible pathways. These SNPs were genotyped using DNA from 3130 African-American women with breast cancer and 3700 controls. Descriptions of the original studies that provided the data and samples for this collaborative study are given below. The Carolina Breast Cancer Study (CBCS): a North Carolina population-based case-control study of breast cancer, conducted in three phases. The current study phase, phase 3 (years 2008-2014), includes women residents in 44 counties. CBCS phases 1 and 2 were conducted in 24 counties. Breast cancer cases are identified using Rapid Case Ascertainment in cooperation with the NC Central Cancer Registry. Controls were identified for phases 1 and 2 only (1993-1996 and 1996-2001), using Division of Motor Vehicles lists for women under age 65 and Health Care Financing Administration lists for women 65 and older. Randomized recruitment was used to oversample AA women and women under age 50. In-depth interviews are conducted by study nurses in participants' homes to obtain information on potential risk factors for breast cancer. DNA samples have been obtained from most participants. Overall response rates for Phases 1 and 2 were 74% for AA cases and 54% for AA controls. Phase 3, conducted in 44 counties from 2008-2014, includes cases only. The response rate for AA cases in Phase 3 was 70.5%. The Women's Circle of Health Study (WCHS): a multi-site case-control study in New York City (NYC) and New Jersey (NJ) aimed at evaluating risk factors for early and aggressive breast cancer in women of AA and EA ancestry. Recruitment in NYC took place between January 2002 and December 2008 and involved hospital-based ascertainment of cases, while controls were identified through random digit dialing (RDD). Recruitment at the NJ site started in March 2006 and is ongoing. Phase I of the study ended in April 2012 and covered seven counties in NJ. WCHS2 includes two additional counties. Cases in NJ were identified from 2006 to 2012 by the NJ State Cancer Registry using rapid case ascertainment. Controls were initially recruited though RDD (2006 to 2010) and later through community-based efforts (2009-2012). In-person interviews ascertained data on established and suspected risk factors for breast cancer. DNA samples were obtained. Among eligible AA women, 75% in NY and 54% in NJ completed an interview and provided a biologic specimen. Black Women's Health Study (BWHS): an ongoing prospective cohort study of health and illness among U.S. black women, with a focus on cancer. The study began in 1995 when 59,000 AA women 21-69 years of age from across the United States completed a 14-page postal health questionnaire. The median age at entry was 38, and participants were residents of 17 states in mainland U.S.: Northeast, 28%; South, 30%; Midwest, 23%; West, 19%. The baseline questionnaire elicited information on a wide range of variables, including demographic factors, use of medical care, family history of breast cancer, reproductive and medical history, cigarette and alcohol use, weight, height, waist and hip circumference, medication use, diet, and exercise. Biennial follow-up questionnaires ascertain new cases of breast cancer and other illnesses and update covariate information. Medical record and cancer registry data are sought for all participants who report a diagnosis of breast cancer. As of 2014, approximately 80% of the baseline cohort have completed follow-up. DNA samples were obtained from about 50% of participants. BWHS data for the AMBER consortium were prepared as a nested case-control study, with controls frequency-matched to cases on year of birth, geographic region, and most recent questionnaire completed prior to the end of the at-risk period.

• The Cardiopulmonary Effects of Particulate Exposure

  The study was initially designed as a longitudinal cohort study of cardiovascular effects of particulate exposure. Participants were boilermaker construction workers who were exposed to particulate matter (PM) component (e.g. a focus on metal constituents) while performing welding, grinding or cutting work in the welding plants. Participants were followed up approximately half a year for a non-work day and a work day from 1999 to 2012, and blood, urine, blood pressure, as well as real-time PM2.5 samples were collected from each participant. In this specific study, we conducted epigenome-wide DNA methylation profiling through Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR) services using Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450, which will give us more compete epigenome-wide coverage. Genome-wide DNA methylation was carried out on paired samples pre- and post-work shift at a welding apprentice school. With transcriptomic and metabolomic data already generated from the same panel study, we will be able to conduct integrative analysis to gain insights into mechanisms of gene-metal interactions and maximize the probability of finding genes functionally relevant to PM-induced adverse cardiovascular outcomes.

  Cohort DescriptionHispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos (HCHS/SOL) is an ongoing population-based prospective cohort study of 16,415 community dwelling Hispanic/Latino adults aged 18-74 years at baseline, recruited from four urban field centers with large populations of Hispanics/ Latinos (Bronx, NY; Chicago, IL; Miami, FL; and San Diego, CA). The primary goals of the HCHS/SOL are to describe: (1) the prevalence and incidence of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and other major chronic conditions (2) the risk and/or protective factors associated with these conditions; and (3) the relationships between the initial sociodemographic and health profiles and future health events in the target population. Data Being Submitted Wave 1 questionnaire data includes 397 variables for up to 9817 HCHS/SOL participants in C4R.   This study includes samples from two projects: Collaborative Genetic Study of Nicotine Dependence (COGEND; PI: Laura Bierut) and Genetic Study of Nicotine Dependence in African Americans (AAND; PI: Laura Bierut and Eric Johnson). The majority of the COGEND subjects included in the current study overlap with the two datasets already available on dbGaP. GWAS data are available for COGEND subjects through the Study of Addiction: Genetics and Environment (SAGE), dbGaP study accession phs000092. It should be noted that the case definition in the SAGE study is DSM-IV alcohol dependence. GWAS data are available for additional COGEND subjects through The Genetic Architecture of Smoking and Smoking Cessation, dbGaP study accession phs000404. The overall goal of this project is to apply deep sequencing to key genomic regions associated with nicotine dependence in order to accelerate the discovery of variation in molecular pathways that govern the development of nicotine dependence. The sample includes unrelated cases and controls of European American and African American descent. Cases are defined by a commonly used definition of nicotine dependence, a current score of 4 or more (maximum score of 10) on the Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND). Control status is defined as an individual who smoked at least 100 cigarettes during their lifetime, yet never became dependent (lifetime FTND<2). By selecting controls who smoked cigarettes, we focus on those genetic effects that are specific to the development of nicotine dependence. COGEND: COGEND was initiated in 2001 as a three-part program project grant funded through the National Cancer Institute (NCI; PI: Laura Bierut). The three projects included a study of the familial transmission of nicotine dependence, a genetic study of nicotine dependence, and a study of the relationship of nicotine dependence with nicotine metabolism. The primary goal was to detect, localize, and characterize genes that predispose or protect an individual with respect to heavy tobacco consumption, nicotine dependence, and related phenotypes and to integrate these findings with the family transmission and nicotine metabolism findings. The primary design was a community based case-control study. Nicotine dependent cases and non-dependent, smoking controls were identified and recruited from Detroit and St. Louis. More than 54,000 subjects aged 25-44 years were screened by telephone; more than 3,100 subjects were personally interviewed; and more than 2,900 subjects donated blood samples for genetic studies. AAND: AAND was initiated in 2009 to identify and characterize genetic determinants of nicotine dependence in a large African American population. Community-based recruitment of approximately 100,000 people was conducted to ascertain 1,000 African American nicotine dependent cases and 1,000 African American non-dependent, smoking controls. All subjects were between the ages of 25-44. Subjects were screened by telephone; if they qualified as a case or control, they completed the same interview that was used in COGEND and donated a blood sample. Both studies (COGEND and AAND) included measures of basic socio-demographic variables, including age, sex, race/ethnicity, family income, and educational attainment using the Semi-Structured Assessment for the Genetics of Nicotine Dependence. Information on nicotine dependence, as assessed by the Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND) is available for all subjects. In addition, participants also completed the Nicotine Dependence Syndrome Scale (NDSS; Shiffman et al., 2004) and the Wisconsin Inventory of Smoking Dependence Motives (WISDM-68; Piper et al, 2004).   Cognitive development is known to be highly heritable, but various genome wide association studies (GWAS) have failed to find common single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) which can explain a large proportion of the variance in cognitive ability. We hypothesized that an interaction between genes and exposure to potentially toxic metals may account for some proportion of this missing heritability. We genotyped 749 infants in Mexico and 636 infants in Bangladesh. Criteria for inclusion into the study are given below. We then performed a Genome Wide Environmental Interaction Study (GWEIS) with neurodevelopment outcomes. There were 552,487 SNPs in common between the two cohorts.
