  Disease relapse is a major cause of treatment failure after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), and mechanisms on relapse still remain to be elucidated. We experienced a patient with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) who underwent haploidentical HCT from his daughter and developed relapse.
