The cohort consists of 77 samples from healthy women, i.e. no tumor diagnosis, and 65 samples from women with a diagnosis of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) taken months or years before diagnosis. 44 primary tumor samples matched to the respective HGSOC patients were sequenced in the same manner as the Pap test smears.

  This data includes targeting sequencing of the immunopeptidome from 94 samples, usually individual laser microdissected cancer glands, from 11 cases of colorectal cancer. The data were used to test for evidence of immunoediting (antigen depletion) in colorectal cancers.
